Colerain Park near Spruce Creek - parking and a short walk to productive riffle water.
Railroad crossing pull-offs along Route 453 - limited roadside access, park well clear of the tracks.
Spring: the best fishing of the year, with sulphur and caddis hatches and comfortable wading flows.
Summer: low and clear, technical fishing on small flies, with early and late the productive windows.
Fall: cooling water and blue-winged olives bring wild browns back onto the feed before spawning.
Winter: cold and slow, fishable on mild days with midges and nymphs in the deeper gorge runs.
