CONFIRMED the Conservation Stamp exists as a separate 21.50 item on the official WGFD license fee list, sold alongside fishing licences, plus a 185.50 lifetime version and lifetime fishing+stamp bundles - so it is treated here as the mandatory add-on on top of the fishing licence. However, the WGFD fee list page is a bare price table: it does NOT state who must buy the stamp, its exemptions, or the age at which a fishing licence is first required. The 2026 Wyoming Fishing Regulation Brochure (https://wgfd.wyo.gov/media/33248/download?inline=) and the 2025 fishing regulations PDF both exceeded the fetcher's maximum response size, and wgfd.wyo.gov/licenses-applications/conservation-stamp, /fishing, /fishing-boating/fishing-regulations and /licenses-applications/license-information all returned 404, so those requirement details are left unasserted rather than filled in from memory. WGFD office hours, email and social handles were not on any page loaded. No free fishing day date was verified.
