Devils Lake, North Dakota · Fishes Devils Lake
Bry’s Guide Service runs walleye trips on Devils Lake, North Dakota, out of its base at 4399 88th Ave NE. Open-water season runs late April through October. Summer trips typically run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., using tournament-rigged boats equipped with Garmin and Lowrance electronics and trolling motors. From December through March the operation shifts to ice fishing, running full-day trips out of heated SnoBear ice vehicles equipped with Garmin Livescope and underwater electronics. Every trip includes a licensed guide, a fully rigged boat or SnoBear, rods, tackle and live bait, and the guides clean and package the catch at the end of the day; a North Dakota fishing license is the client’s own responsibility. Walleye is the primary target species on Devils Lake year-round.
