Dakota Angler & Outfitter

Dakota Angler & Outfitter is a fly shop and guide service at 1010 Jackson Boulevard in Rapid City, South Dakota, trading under that name since 1997. The retail floor carries rods, reels, lines and waders from Sage, Scott and Simms along with fly tying materials, and the shop publishes fly tying videos and runs classes off the back of that trade. Its guiding arm operates under a special use permit on the Black Hills National Forest and reaches past the trout streams to pike water and to Tenkara trips for anglers who want to fish that way. The shop also handles non resident licence questions for visiting anglers.
