Chrome City Guide Service
Kalama, Washington
Chrome City Guide Service LLC is a single-boat operation working the lower Columbia tributaries out of Kalama, Washington, founded in 2022 by owner and head guide Trevor Torppa. Torppa brought more than a decade of drift-boat experience to the business before starting it, and he guides personally rather than subcontracting the work out. Beyond the Cowlitz the company sells trips on the Kalama, Lewis, Elochoman and Naselle, which gives it options across southwest Washington when one system blows out after rain. Dates can be held by phone or through an online booking system, and the seasonal calendar is published so anglers can match a trip to the run they want.
