GuidedFloats.com lists fishing waters, conditions data, guide and outfitter profiles, angler recognition programs, and community content. Conditions data is provisional and provided as-is; never rely on a single number for safety decisions.
Accounts and content
You are responsible for content you post. By posting photos or text you confirm you have the right to do so and grant GuidedFloats a license to display them on the service. We remove content that infringes rights or breaks these terms.
Profiles built from public records
Unclaimed guide and outfitter profiles are compiled from public licensing records, permit lists, tourism listings, and business websites. They show business-level facts only. Any business may claim, correct, or request removal of its profile at any time using the forms on the profile.
Bookings
When booking launches, guides set prices and cancellation windows; GuidedFloats charges a published commission on bookings made through the service and processes payments through Stripe. Detailed booking terms will be published before the feature is enabled.
Regulations
Fishing regulations are set by state and federal agencies. GuidedFloats links to them and does not restate them. You are responsible for knowing the rules where you fish.
