Precision Fly & Tackle books guided walk-and-wade trout days across four central and north-central Pennsylvania waters. In the Kettle Creek Valley, deep in the Pennsylvania Wilds, full-day and half-day trips work cold freestone water for native brook trout and wild brown trout, on miles of stream well away from the crowded access points further south. The shop’s State College and central Pennsylvania walk-and-wade trip names Fishing Creek and Bald Eagle Creek among its featured waters alongside Penns Creek, Spring Creek and Pine Creek, with each outing customised on the day to current water conditions, insect activity and wherever the fishing is best rather than to a fixed beat. The Little Juniata is sold separately as its own full-day walk-and-wade trout trip. Gear can be supplied with advance notice, although waders are typically not included.
