Dutch John Resort is a full resort at 1050 South Blvd in Dutch John, Utah, at the edge of the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area, and its guide operation is one department among many. Lodging spans modern mountain cabins in family and individual layouts, some pet friendly, motel rooms, an RV park sized for large rigs, and tent camping. An Orvis-endorsed fly shop sells and rents rods, reels, line and tackle. The Green River Steakhouse & Grill handles sit-down meals, with a sports bar, an ice cream parlor, and a convenience store and gas station carrying diesel on the property. Rentals extend to rafts seating four to fifteen, kayaks, paddleboards and drift boats. Boat ramp shuttles, towing, guided raft trips and a via ferrata climbing route fill out the offering, and the doors are open 7am to 8pm.
