North Platte Lodge

Guided fishing centers on the Grey Reef section of the North Platte River, with the lodge sitting at the apex of that water and six exclusive private boat ramps roughly a minute’s drive away. The Miracle Mile and Fremont Canyon are also fished, and the lodge points to its position as the reason it can reach all three quickly. The outfitter describes itself as the first ever permitted on the Grey Reef stretch and is now in its 28th season. Guides are put out for fishing days, for hunting days, and for combined outings that pair the two. Anglers running their own float can rent a drift boat and use the river shuttle service instead of booking a guide.
