Frontier Anglers is a full service fly shop at 680 N Montana Street in Dillon, Montana, a ranching and college town set among several of the state’s better known trout rivers. The store dates to 1977 and has been in business more than forty years, opening seven days a week from seven in the morning until six in the evening year round rather than only in the warm months. Inventory covers rods, reels, waders, apparel, fly tying supplies, and gifts, with flies stocked in depth. Alongside the counter trade and local guiding, the company arranges destination trips built around Missoula, Bozeman, Whitefish, and Helena, handles lodging for visiting anglers, and is taking reservations for the 2026 season.
Its guided water also includes the Beaverhead River, the Jefferson, the Ruby and Clark Canyon Reservoir.
