Heart Six Guest Ranch

Heart Six is a guest ranch and full outfitting business at 16985 Buffalo Valley Road in Moran, Wyoming, and fishing is one line on a much longer card that also takes in horseback riding, pack trips, float trips, snowmobiling and big-game hunting. The ranch traces its ground back to the 1880s and a French fur-trading post, and says it has operated on the Boggy Bench for more than a century. It holds Wyoming Outfitters Licence BG-305 under licensee Jim Moulton and is an authorised permittee of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The hunting side runs to elk, bear, moose, wolf, buffalo, bighorn sheep and deer, worked from the lodge and from two wilderness camps, one at Soda Fork Mountain some eighteen miles in and another near the Yellowstone River at Thunder Mountain.
