The operation is at 2721 Savage River Road in Swanton, in the mountains of Garrett County in far western Maryland, and Mike is the name given as the contact behind it. Lodging is the most developed part of the business, with three fully equipped houses rented to visiting anglers. The Brookie is a two bedroom, one bath cottage sized for a couple or a small family. The Brownie is a larger cottage with two bedrooms and two baths that takes up to four guests. The Rainbow is a recently renovated chalet with four bedrooms and two and a half baths, kept for bigger groups. Retail runs alongside all of it, with fly fishing gear and apparel sold from the shop, and rental equipment arranged on request rather than pulled off a rack.
