Guntersville Fishing Guide

The Coosa River trips are sold through Logan Martin, which the guide describes as a fifteen thousand acre Coosa River reservoir near Pell City and Talladega and fishes with what the site calls proven Coosa River tactics. It is characterised as a dock and cover lake at heart and as an excellent Coosa River spotted bass fishery, so the day is spent picking apart boat docks, laydowns and hard structure rather than open water. A fully equipped Phoenix bass boat is used. Four-hour trips and six-hour trips are offered, with the boat, fuel, rods, reels, tackle, terminal gear and bottled water all included, along with on-the-water coaching pitched at any skill level and help getting photographs of the catch.
