Living Water Guide Service
Craig, Montana · Fishes Missouri River
Living Water guides the Missouri River tailwater below Holter Dam, working the run from the Wolf Creek Bridge launch downstream toward Craig, roughly five and a half miles of water. The character changes across that float: deeper, slower pools sit immediately below the dam, faster riffles and pocket water gather near the bridge, and the river opens into classic Missouri flats on the approach to Craig. Little Prickly Pear Creek comes in along the way and colors the fishing from late spring into early fall. The Wolf Creek Bridge launch is a concrete ramp with parking and restrooms. Cold, consistent flows hold through the calendar, so this water fishes across the year rather than in one narrow window. Full day drift boat floats run $700 per boat for one or two anglers with all gear and a shore lunch included. Walk and wade days and spey fishing are arranged on the same river.
