Guided wade days work the South Platte tailwater at Deckers, about an hour from Denver and Colorado Springs, water the shop describes as technical with a mix of types across a short distance, and reach into Cheesman Canyon and Eleven Mile Canyon. Full days can also run the South Park country: the Dream Stream, Tomahawk, Badger Basin, 63 Ranch and Alma, plus stillwater on Antero and Eleven Mile reservoirs, which the shop suggests during spring runoff. Private water is available at the Meadows on the North Fork of the South Platte and at Rainbow Falls on Trout Creek. Half days run four hours at $365 for one angler, $445 for two and $545 for three sharing a guide; full days are $445, $545 and $645. Boots, waders, rod and reel, flies and terminal tackle are included, with a lunch available for $15 per person and licenses and gratuity separate. Trips go year round.
