Square Tail Anglers

Three guides work under the Square Tail name. Jonathan Bunker owns the business and heads the roster, having picked up a fly rod at ten and fished widely across North America. Quinn Lumsden came out of Vermont, fishing mountain streams and lakes as a boy before moving to Boston in 2018 and learning the water closer to the valley. Paul Fay learned in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, built up his fly tying and hatch matching there, and moved to the region to guide. Alongside trips the company runs a fly fishing school, with lessons bookable on their own rather than as part of a day out. A fifty percent deposit holds a date. The rafts are thirteen feet and custom rigged, and the site keeps a running set of river reports.
