Kirk’s Flyshop

Kirk’s Flyshop runs float trips on the upper Colorado River near Kremmling, Colorado, centered on Gore Canyon near the Pumphouse access, a stretch marked by red rock cliffs and whitewater rapids. Trips target rainbow trout, brown trout and occasional cutthroat in a river the shop describes as holding complex, structure-heavy water for feeding fish. A full day on the water runs eight hours with a maximum of two anglers per boat, starting at $700 per day, and rods, waders, boots and flies are supplied. Overnight multi-day trips are also offered, starting at $995 per day for two or more days, with food and camping equipment included for the nights on the river.
