Jeff Blair Striper Guides fishes for striped bass on Lake Lanier, working the lake from the Gainesville, Georgia side toward Oakwood, Flowery Branch, Buford, Cumming, Dawsonville and Braselton. Trips run year-round, with half-day outings booked at five hours and full-day outings at eight hours; group and corporate outings also run a full eight hours at custom pricing. Up to four guests fish per trip, and the operation provides all bait, tackle and gear, so clients need bring only a Georgia fishing license. The captain has 35-plus years of experience on Lake Lanier and has run the guide service full time since 2005. Trips are pitched to anglers of any experience level.
