Taos Fly Shop

Taos Fly Shop is a fly shop in Taos, New Mexico, tied to one of the better known names in south western angling: Taylor Streit, who has guided for thirty years and is described on the shop’s own pages as a legendary guide, with his son Nick running the shop. Several experienced guides work from it. Retail sits alongside the bookings, and the business also runs fly fishing schools and guide schools, teaching people to fish and teaching people to guide, which few shops of this size take on. It publishes a fishing report of its own covering the northern New Mexico rivers.
