Barnegat Bay Adventures

The operator’s own words are that the Barnegat Bay offers anglers from beginner to expert great opportunities to catch a fish of a lifetime, and the boat works the bay and the river that feeds it year round on light tackle and fly. A four hour inshore bay and river trip runs $650 for up to six people. Longer days aboard the 28-foot Makaira are priced at $750 for a 7am to 1pm run and $850 for 7am to 3pm, with a weekend 6am to noon trip at $900 for up to six anglers, and a weekday offshore spotlock wreck option at $950. Top of the line equipment and bait are provided free of charge, and no fishing licence is required of guests.
