Trips run out of Seven Coves Marina at 6989 Kingston Cove Lane, on the north end of Lake Conroe and a short run from the standing timber and open water the lake is known for. Half-day outings last five hours and full days run eight, with room aboard for as many as ten anglers. The published card starts at $350 for a half day and $500 for a full day covering one or two anglers, with each additional angler adding $50 or $75 and a $100 deposit holding the date. The target list runs to crappie, black bass, sand bass, hybrid stripers, blue and channel catfish and brim, and every rod and reel, all terminal tackle and all bait are supplied by the boat.
