True North Trout

True North Trout works the Jordan for the brook trout it is famous for, on a river only thirty-three miles long and one the shop calls world-class for the species. Rainbows and steelhead, chinook and coho salmon and brown trout are all in the system as well, so the same water fishes very differently in September than it does in June. Guided days are sold three ways, each taking one or two anglers: a four-hour walk-in wade at 400 dollars, a four-hour half-day float at 450 with a snack and soft drinks carried, and an eight-hour full-day float at 550 with a meal as well. Every date is held with a non-refundable 100 dollar security deposit, and trips fish rain or shine.
