True North Guide Service

True North Guide Service runs spring, summer and fall trips on Lake of the Woods and will fish either the United States or the Canadian side of it, with the client picking a docking point from Warroad, Baudette or the Northwest Angle. Summer walleye trips are 400 dollars for four hours, 475 for six and 550 for a full eight, for one to four anglers. Spring and fall turn to sturgeon, at 450 for six hours and 525 for eight. A separate run up to Garden Island State Park is 350 dollars for up to four hours, weather permitting, with another fifty to carry on to the northernmost point of the contiguous United States at the Angle. The day is fished from a 2024 Nitro ZV21 behind a Mercury V10 400 horsepower Verado. Bait, rods, tackle, life jackets, gas and fish cleaning are included; bring your own food and drink. Start times are flexible, from seven in the morning to seven at night.
