A Phoenix based operation started by Derek Rivchin in 2019 and built around urban and desert fisheries within short reach of Sky Harbor airport rather than a destination trout river. Rivchin works with a small team of guides. The catalog is unusually wide for a fly fishing business: carp in the Grand Canal, Cave Creek and New River, sight fishing for tailing carp from a poling skiff on desert flats, dedicated largemouth and smallmouth days, hike in wild trout trips that require walking at least three miles, a multi species wild trout challenge spanning two national forests, one on one virtual lessons by video at 120 dollars, and guided birding tours for parties of up to eight. Published rates across the whole schedule run from 250 to 650 dollars per group, and meeting points are flexible.
